Christmas has come and gone. It is a great time of the year but such a blur every time it comes! We had a great time with family and friends though so that is what counts.
The Christmas Eve party was fun (as always) and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Evan's parents were visiting from NC. I can hardly remember details from that night now......so maybe I will remember to post in a more timely fashion.
Santa came on Christmas and showered everyone including us with a lot of new stuff. Travis got a new work bench, a "tooting" Mater, Evan got a Wii and I got an IPhone (it would take awhile to list everything so in the sake of time and keeping people from robbing us-lol I will leave it to those items). There was so much stuff to open-thankfully Travis was willing to help everyone with opening their gifts. Evan's parents went up to Md for Chirstmas dinner and my family came over here for dinner. It was nice to fry a turkey for everyone-yummy! This also meant more gifts to open! :)
New Years was quiet. We had my sisters and Charlie over for dinner/New Years Eve and then everyone came back for New Year's Day dinner. It was supposed to be at Mom and Dad's house but Dad had a super bad cold. :( We had a great dinner and toasted in a new year well.
Otherwise things around here are the same. We are trying not to kill Travis on a daily basis-kidding-well not really-lol. Hope your new year is going well!
