2 ingredient soft pumpkin cookies?!?!

I had seen a basic pin on Pinterest for two ingredient pumpkin cookies......I was skeptical for sure.  The pin didn't even go to another page--just a picture of a cookie with the temp and cooking time!  So I bought the ingredients---box of spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin.  You just mix them together and cook at 350 for 10-13 minutes!  That's it!!!!  I added a few mini chocolate chips too.  These cookies are SO MOIST!  I'm still shocked they turned out!  lol

Around the house on day 2

Brody only lasts on the beach and at the pool for about an hour a day so we have a lot of other time to fill up in a day.  lol  Travis on the other hand plays HARD on the beach all morning and about 3 hours later he is DONE---lol.  Here is what they did around the house after they came inside for the day.  ;)

And a lot of Wii time--I'm glad we decided to bring it--it's less time the kids have their faces in their 7 separate "I" products---lol  Yes I know it's still a video game but they are playing it together which is a win for me.  :)

Summer list #4 Go to Busch Gardens CHECK

We FINALLY fit in a trip to Busch Gardens!  It's been on our summer list for the past two years and never got around to it last year.   Yep we finally made it because I told Evan the weather was going to be great and we needed to make it happen.  :)   We made this a surprise for Travis and he was beyond excited! 

The kids had a blast--it was rough at first since Brody didn't want to get on the first ride and was gripping the side of the railing so he didn't have to go on.  Then he was good to go and rode almost everything we offered.  :)  Here are the pics of some of the rides we went on.......
