Chuy's creamy jalapeno sauce KNOCK OFF RECIPE!

If you have been to Chuy's you most definitely know about the sauce I'm talking about.  HERE is a list of their daily salsas.  It's a spicy ranch with some cilantro in it....more or less.  Seriously I love anything ranch and I almost licked the bowl clean when we had it at Chuy's.  At the restaurant they serve it as a salsa at your request or on your entree as your sauce.  I had to find a recipe.......

Enter Pinterest......the place where you can find almost anything.  I was going to a happy hour/party this past Friday and I wanted to make this sauce/dip.  I made this recipe HERE and Oh.  My.  God.  Hit it out of the park!  I added a little more green chili's and jalapenos than it called for but it was perfect in my opinion (and it took maybe 5 min to throw together).  (the recipe also calls for milk or half and half to thin it down and I used some skim milk for this)  It was enjoyed on Friday as a dip AND as a spread in place of mayo on a sub!  I will also be using this for taquitos. Seriously if you love the Chuy's original or if you just love ranch dressing you should def make this!

BOTH boys are playing baseball this year!  Well to be honest Brody is playing t-ball and Travis is playing baseball (AAA this season).  We are super busy on Saturdays now with both boys having games!  Here are a few pictures of the early part of the season.
