32 inches of snow!

Well that is the measurement at Dulles Airport which isn't very far from here. We've had so much drifting etc that I was having a hard time keeping track of a good place to measure. So we could have more than 32 but I don't think it's any less than that. We will be lucky if the snow is all gone by March. We are taking the boys out this morning so stay tuned for that.

24 hour snow total

As of noon today we have 26 inches on the ground (unofficial measurement-lol). It is supposed to snow for the rest of the day as well.......I will upload some pictures soon I promise. There is only 1 picture of a kid in the snow-Brody bc he didn't have a choice and Travis wouldn't come outside! Tomorrow will be a better day to get the kids out since the sun will be out and the snow will have finally stopped. Many kid pictured tomorrow (I hope).

They are now saying the snow totals could easily be close to 3 feet. It's 9pm and we have about 4-5 inches already and the heaviest snow is tonight....pictures to come soon....

Snowpocalypse 2010 is almost here!

They are calling for at least 1-2 FEET of snow to hit our area starting tomorrow. THis will be our 2nd big storm of the season. We have had more snow this year than any other year I can remember! YOu know it's bad when they cancel school the night before the flakes even start to fall.......Stay tuned for many pictures and video of the craziness!
