Update on Dex.....

The x-ray this morning showed no improvement. He had to have surgery. :( The vet called and left a vm at around 4pm today and called the surgery a "marathon one". When they opened him up they found some type of string in his colon but it had tied his intestines into knots. So they ended up having to open him up in 8 places! Poor baby! The good news is once he is healed he should be back to normal. She said he was awake and seemed to be feeling good but will have to stay in the hospital a few days since the surgery was a lot more major than was intended. I'm sad he had to go through with all of that but I am SO THANKFUL they found it!
